What is the warranty on Jewelconic jewellery?

We offer a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase covering manufacturing faults and defects, including the loss of set stones. Please note this does not cover general wear and tear, chain breakage, or tarnishing.

How do pre-orders work?

Pre-ordered items have an estimated delivery timeframe. If your order contains both available and pre-order items, the entire order will be dispatched once all items are ready. Delivery times for pre-orders are estimated and subject to change.

Can I return earrings?

Due to health and safety regulations, earrings cannot be returned under any circumstances.

What is your return policy for sale items?

Items purchased during a sale or promotional period are eligible for exchange or store credit only. They cannot be returned for a refund.

What should I do if I receive a faulty item?

Please email hello@thejewelconic.com.au within 2 days of receiving your item with your order number and a clear image of the fault. The item must be returned unworn and in its original packaging.

Our pieces are designed to be high-quality and water-resistant. However, to maintain their shine, we recommend protecting them from chemicals, perfumes, and prolonged exposure to heat or sunlight.

JEWELLERY WARRANTY

The Jewelconic purchases made through our online store come with a 6 month warranty. This warranty is effective from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing faults and defects in materials. We will offer a repair or replacement once the item has been assessed and proven by our team to be faulty.

Please note that wear and tear during the course of normal use is not considered a fault.

The Jewelconic pieces are delicate and should be handled with care as explained in our product care card that is enclosed with your order.

This warranty covers the loss of any set stones from Jewellery, in which case the item will be replaced or repaired.

This warranty does not cover loss of jewellery, chain breakage, and general wear and tear. General wear and tear includes tarnishing and fading of plated jewellery, and therefore, is not covered by warranty.

The Jewelconic is not responsible for the loss of jewellery and cannot deem an item faulty which cannot be assessed.

Any repairs requested after the offered 6 month warranty period will require a small repair fee and return postage costs will fall to the responsibility of the customer.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

We have done the hard work for you. Each beautiful piece from The Jewelconic is triple coated in the highest quality 18k gold, waterproof and tarnish free.

To ensure your pieces are looking fine and maintaining their shine, we recommend using a dry microfibre cloth to apply only light pressure to wipe down and focus on the areas that need the most love.

Always protect your jewellery from knocks, scratches, chemicals, sunlight and heat/cold to minimize these effects.
RETURNS POLICY

30 DAY FREE RETURNS - AUSTRALIA

We understand it can be daunting shopping online, which is why we have 30 day return policy, we stand by our jewellery and we believe you'll love them as much as well do.

Exchanges or refunds are offered for unworn items in original packaging within 30 days of receipt of your package. Refunds or exchanges are not offered on sale items.

Earrings cannot be returned due to health & safety regulations.

Items purchased during a promotional period are eligible for an exchange (where possible) or store credit only. Sale items or items purchased through a promotional period cannot be returned for a refund.

If your item has been purchased for Christmas, you will be eligible for an extended returns/ exchange policy until the 8th of January.
