All jewellery should be handled with care. While our jewellery is designed for everyday wear, longevity may vary depending on usage and care.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on our website are in AUD (Australian Dollars).

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.

4. Shipping

We offer:

• Free Australian shipping on orders over $89 AUD

• Free international shipping on orders over $250 AUD

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays, customs processing, or external factors beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn and in original condition

• Items must be returned in original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

Sale items, personalised items, and custom jewellery are final sale and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

6. Warranty

The Jewelconic offers a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing faults on eligible jewellery items.

This warranty does not cover:

• General wear and tear

• Tarnishing caused by improper care

• Damage caused by misuse, impact, or improper storage

• Lost items

• Scratches or accidental damage

To make a warranty claim, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

7. Personalised & Custom Jewellery

Personalised, engraved, or custom-made jewellery pieces are made specifically for you and therefore cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged once production has commenced.

Please carefully review all customisation details before placing your order.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including:

• logos

• product photography

• graphics

• text

• designs

is the property of The Jewelconic and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Jewelconic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product purchased.
